Grilled veg corn cutlet with bread butter
Steps

Mix all the cutlet ingredients in a bowl.

Divide into equal parts make balls and flatten it. You can give your desired shape

Dip the cutlet in maida slurry

Roll it in bread crumbs. Brush it with ghee or butter

Now gril it in preheated OTG for 20 mins or till golden brown on both sides

Serve it with bread butter, green chutney and ketchup
