Everyone has made and enjoyed paneer tikka masala, but today I made soya tikka masala. Let me know how it turned out!

Soak the soybeans for 2 hours, then boil them in a pot. In a pan, add oil and roast the chickpea flour over low heat until lightly golden.

In a bowl, add the yogurt, then mix in the roasted chickpea flour and all the spices. Add the boiled soybeans and mix well.

Add all the vegetables and mix again. Let it marinate for 20 minutes. In a pan, add oil and cook the mixture over low heat, or you can also bake it in the oven. Once cooked, transfer to a bowl and thread the pieces onto toothpicks one by one. Your soya tikka is ready to serve.
