Aloo paratha is one of the most popular dish in India The best part of making aloo parathas is that it can serve for breakfast as well as in lunch or dinner.
Steps

In a mixing bowl take wheat flour add 2 tbsp oil and 1tsp salt or as taste.mix nicely then knead it with the required water and make a soft dough. cover and keep aside.

Take boiled potatoes mashed them then add salt chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, and cumin powder. mix all well.

Take the dough make small size balls and flatten them with help of fingers and palm. prepare all likewise. then take one piece fill one full spoon of the potato filling in the middle then cover with others. Press lightly. and roll it softly like paratha.

Heat a tawa cook the paratha on one side for a minute then flip it add little oil and cook both sides.serve with curd and pickles
