Crispy Chicken in hot sauce

Firstly,take a boneless strip Chicken and marinate them in red chilli powder, pepper powder,ginger- garlic paste, soya sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar and salt.Marinate it for about 20 mins.

Here after that, make a flour and cornflour slurry in one bowl and in another plate take bread crumbs.Now coat all the marinated chicken with slurry and bread crumbs

Then, in a frying pan take oil.In a medium flame fry all the chicken until crisp dark in colour

Now, in the same pan prepare the sauce.At first add oil, in it add chopped ginger-garlic and green chillies and saute it for 30 sec.

Then, add all the sauce as per you like(tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, sweet chilli sauce, and vinegar) and 1tbsp of honey. Saute it for 30 sec. Lastly add all the fry chicken and 2tbsp of sesame seeds.

Crispy chicken is ready as the best starter to serve to your guests.
