Wash 250 grams chicken properly now add in chicken 4spoon curd turmeric 1/2 spoon salt as per taste, turmeric powder chili garlic ginger paste cumin seed and black pepper powder coriander powder.

Now add all ingredients(turmeric, curd, chili powder or paste, ginger garlic paste, cumin seed, and black pepper powder, coriander powder, chicken masala, salt,) in one bowl and mix it well. Keep it for 10minute on rest. Now add cornflour and maida flour mix it well..

Now take a pan heat it adds oil for deep fry. Now add chicken cook with cover led until it comes brownish. now serve with green chutney of coriander and pudina.😀😀😋😋😋
