Steps

In bowl add Maida, rava, sugar powder, ghee, cardamom powder, salt and mix well together.

Separate the mixture into two equal portion, add 2 to 3 pinch of separate food color in two portions and mix well. Pour 2 to 4 Tbsp coconut milk to knead dough.
Cover both the dough. Keep aside for 30 mins. - 3
Roll both colour dough into a thin chapatti. Place one chapatti on top of the other. Then gently roll both chapatti together to make a tight log.

Cut vertically this log into small sizes. Now press this small size on the back of fork so you see concentric circles. Press down lightly and roll the one end to another sealing it properly.

Heat oil in kadai for deep frying.
Deep fry Kulkus both side on medium flame till they turn crispy. - 6
Remove them on tissue paper to absorb oil.
