  • 1 kggrated carrot
  • 250 gmsjaggery
  • 1 cupmilk powder
  • 1little milk
  • 1 cupdesi Ghee

    Take a pan and add Ghee, carrot, and let it cook for 5 to 10 minutes.

    Now add milk, milk powder stir it continuously till it becomes thick.

    Add elaichi powder, jaggery, stir it till the Ghee is separated.
