Clean the carrots and cut them into small pieces, then put them in the grinder and prepare a coarse paste.

Heat ghee in a pan and add carrot paste,Add milk and keep stirring

When both the things are cooked well then add cardamom powder and jaggery powder and stir

The plate is also light and remove the carrot paste and now garnish with dry fruits and peanuts and serve.
