Mix the dough knead it using cold water cover it & set aside for about 30 minutes. Now divide the dough into balls & roll it like chapati. Now mark & cut 3 inch wide from center remove sides then add a 2 teaspoons kema cover the sides with light wet fingers to pack well then mark the corners with fork spoon looks nice.

Similarly prepare all then deep fry in preheated oil until golden then enjoy it hot..!
