Jaggery dryfruits Chikki

Take Kadai put ghee and roast all dryfruits in it.

Keep it aside.

Add chopped jaggery in the same Kadai and let it melt. To taste whether it's ready or not take a bowl of water and add a drop of jaggery liquid in it, if it cracks dein Jaggery is ready to be coated in dryfruits.

Add roasted dryfruits in it and mix it well.

Apply oil on the platform and spread it dab it with a flat substance and cut into a piece.

Jaggery dryfruits Chikki ready.
