Put the Jowar flour into a big bowl and knead dough with lukewarm water. keep aside for 10 minutes.

Divide dough into equal 5 parts and make balls.

Take a ball and place on a polythene paper and tap with wet hand and make flat.

Heat iron Tawa and transfer gently on hot tawa. Cook from both sides then cook on direct flame like Roti.

Let them some cool then grind into mixture jar.

Heat wok put one glass water and jaggery. cook till the jaggery melts. Cook 2 minutes more.

Then add fennel powder. Then add grinder Roties. mix well and cook until become thick then add ghee and roast 2 minutes more. Off the flame

Add roasted dry fruits.

Let it some cool then make ladoo.
