In a pan add ghee now Roast the daliya on low flame till it nourishes smell.

Now add 2 cups of water and cover it with lid. And allow it to cook

In a pan add jaggery. Add water and allow it to melt on a low flame.

Once when melted.. add the jaggery water to the daliya pan. And cover it with lid. Allow it to cook till water dries up.

Once done, add ghee and dry fruits if needed.
