Raw Banana Chips are easily done and can be made without any hassle. The only thing is to remember that it's best fried in Coconut Oil. This gives it a unique flavour. Use a slicer for real thin Chips and Turmeric powder gives it a lovely colour as well as perfect light coloured hue. Salt is one's own choice and can be increased or decreased. That's it. As simple as that. Drain them properly before frying and do it in batches. These lovely looking Chips make for an excellent tea-time snack and can be enjoyed with your favourite hot beverage. Steps

Slice all the Bananas into thin roundels. Wash them well and let them be soaked in a tub with Salt and Turmeric powder.

Keep them aside and heat Oil for frying. Coconut oil is the best for these but you can use any Oil of your choice.

After the Oil gets heated up, fry few at a time on a medium high heat until crisp and done. Keep a vigilant eye while they are frying and keep turning every now and then for even frying.

Serve them with some more of Salt being sprinkled on or as it is. Yum!
