Take hung curd n add powdered sugar in it.

Blend 1 strawberry adding salt and pepper n make puree out of it.

Add the puree to the hung curd. Cut small pieces of 2 strawberries n add them too.

Mix everything well together. Cut thin slices of 1 strawberry n garnish with it. Serve it chilled.
