5 Minutes in the Microwave! Dried Parsley

I wanted to make homemade dried parsley, and after many testings, I came up with this method.
It's a lot of fun to make, so my child helps me out a lot.
It's very easy to make. After microwaving, be sure to check if the parsley has fully dried. Recipe by kouyoshi

Steps
- 1
Tear the parsley into small pieces, and spread it out into a thin layer on a plate lined with paper towel.
- 2
Microwave the parsley for 5 minutes, check to see if fully dried, if not, microwave some more.
- 3
Put the dried parsley in a plastic bag, and crumble it through the bag using your fingers. The photo shows the dried parsley placed on a plate. It can be stored in a plastic bag, for a long period of time in the refrigerator.
