Mix in a bowl milk, sugar, nutmeg and vanilla

Beat eggs and add to mixture and stir

Dip each slice into batch in a shallow container ensuring both sides are fully coated

Add 1 tablespoon butter to a skillet with medium flame for two slices each time
- 5
Place two slices at a time in the skillet until both sides are golden brown which usually wont take long to get golden
- 6
Serve with syrup
