Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add besan in it. Mix it well and roast on medium heat till golden transfer onto a plate.

Heat another pan add wheat flour and roast till fragrant and Brown.

Combin the roasted flours in a bowl and mix it well. Add pistachio almonds, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder.

Mix it well and add sugar accordingly to your taste. add cup of badam in mixture and heat till brownish.

Divide the mixture into equal parts and shape it as ladoo.

Places roasted almonds over the laddoo n press slightly.

Now badam laddo is ready to serve.
