Carrot and Green Bean Pork Wraps

I was thinking about making ginger pork saute but then inspiration hit me ...I should make meat wraps!! These are my new favorites You can make them with whatever leftovers you have in the refrigerator ( ˇ ←)
If you sprinkle the flour on right before cooking, the rolls will brown nicely. Some fat will come out of the pork; soaking it up with a paper towel will keep it from being too oily. When eating these as snacks to accompany alcohol, cooking them with garlic will make them even better.
If you're making these for kids, add some cheese - they will love it. Recipe by NaoMama

Steps
- 1
Blanch the carrots and green beans. Tip: An easy way to do this is to use the microwave. Cut the carrots into pieces that are about the same size as the green beans. Mix the ★ flavoring ingredients.
- 2
Lay out 4 slices of pork so that the edges overlap. Place the green beans and carrots on top of the pork as in the picture.
- 3
Sprinkle salt and pepper on top of (2). Starting at the side closest to you, roll up the pork.
- 4
Right before you're ready to cook the wraps, sprinkle the flour over them. Tip: If you feel like it, sift the flour through a tea strainer to make the wraps look more beautiful.
- 5
Add the vegetable oil to a frying pan and cook the pork wraps from step 4, placing them in the pan with the seam side down. Once they are browned, remove excess oil from the pan with a paper towel. Then add the ★ flavoring ingredients and mix.
- 6
Use a knife to cut the pork wraps, then arrange them on a plate and serve. I cut each roll into 3 pieces.
