Cook the falooda sev in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain it and keep it aside.

In a bowl, add milk, rose syrup and mix. Check for the sweetness and flavor.

Take two glasses and add the boiled falooda Sevi.

Add the rose syrup prepared before. And add strawberry jelly.

Add 2scoop of Vanilla ice cream in both the glass.

Garnish it with tutti futti and dry fruits and drizzle some rose syrup.

Falooda is now ready.
