Toast tastes delicious when topped with cheese and pepper so I wondered if I could do the same with some tofu instead ♪

If you want to eat the tofu quickly you can make it without draining it first.
If you do that, some liquid will leak out while you're heating it so please drain away the excess before topping the tofu with cheese and pepper. Recipe by kurukurumin

Drain the silken tofu.

Place the slice of cheese on top of the tofu and heat it in the microwave for 30-60 seconds.

Sprinkle some coarsely ground black pepper over the top and serve. This is optional, but try serving this tofu with some soy sauce and wasabi!
