Steps

Put half cup oil on cooker and add sliced onion

Let it cook and add gg paste when it's turned golden brown

Add washed chicken into it and mix it well

Add salt Chilli powder and half packet of nihari masala.mix it so well that oil starts separating.

Add 5 cups of water and put the cooker over pressure for 10 min.

On the other hand bhoonofy the besan and make smooth paste out of it. Then slowly add it to the nihari gravy to thicken it.

Take an other pan and fry the onion until they turns dark brown.

I use to add masala to the fried onion, it enhances taste very well.

Add the fried onion into nihari. Chatpatti mazedaar nihari is all ready to serve.
