  • 4Eggs
  • 1Onion
  • 4Green chillies
  • 2 tspCurry leaves
  • 2 tspCoriander leaves
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspBlack pepper powder
  • 1/4 tspMustard seeds
  • 1 tbspOil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Get the onion and green chillies finely chopped

  2. 2

    Pour oil in a frying pan. Put mustard seeds then fry onion, green chillies, curry leaves and fry nicely.

    Add salt and black pepper powder.

    Then add eggs and keep stiring till it's cooked

    Garnish with coriander leaves.
