In a big bowl add jowar flour add all ingredients mix well.

Then add little by little water and mix the flour to make batter. Then add more water to make thin batter.

After 10 min.heat flat pan put little oil and spread the oil with the help of tissue paper. Then pour the batter with ladle like dosa.

Then sprinkle some oil over the dosa cook this on medium to low flame till it gets crispy and give fold, transfer it to a plate.

Then prepare all the dosas like this. Cook from one side only don't flip. Serve hot n crispy dosa with nariyal chutney.. really very Tasty.
