Heat oil in a pan then add mustard seeds let it splutter. Then add cumin seeds and curry leaves after that switch off the flame and add buttermilk mix it well.

Then add red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Mix it well. Then add jowar flour little by little and switch on the flame.

Then add coriander leaves. Mix it well and cover it for 2-3 minutes on low flame.

Finally, enjoy jowar flour khichu topped with seseam oil.
