Take whole milk in a vessel and boil n off it add lemon juice and keep on stirring. You will get chena or cottage cheese. Once you get the whey water,filter and keep the whey water. Hung chena in a cloth. Take chena and whey water and knead lightly. Keep on kneading for 15 min. Add sooji and sugar n 1tbsp ghee knead again till it is soft. Add whey water in batches. Batter should be like idli batter. Add cardamom powder

Then grease a bowl and transfer the batter to the bowl or container. Keep for 10 min. Add caramalised sugar to it. Take a kadai and add sugar to ghee n heat to get caramel. Pour it onto the batter.

Preheat microwave and keep in microwave for 10 min. Prick n check if its clean it means cake is done. You can bake in oven 180 degrees for 20mn. I am making in microwave. Because of caramel you will get the colour.

Once done turn upside down and add more caramalised sugar to get the colour. Decorate with cashews and serve.
