This came up in my 32th hour of intermittent fasting. I was looking forward to a healthy and nutritious meal afterwards. Therefore I settled for this recipe after 48hours.

Gather your ingredients

Boil your meat for about 30 minutes and drain extra water if any.

Dice onions, garlic gloves and capsicum
- 4
Add olive oil to beef in a sufuria
- 5
Add chopped onions, garlic cloves and capsicum

Cook until onions brown

For the broccoli and cauliflower, wash them in warm to remove dirt and worms if any and then chop them into desired size.

Cut your pepper and add it to the same sufuria alongside the cinnamon, the broccoli and cauliflower.

Cook until soft.

For ugali bring water to boiling in a sufuria and then mix in your flour until it forms a good thick nonsticky mass.

Serve preferably with avocado and sugarless mala, and enjoy a healthy nutritious and organic meal.
