Steps

Mix wheat flour,semolina and bake powder in a bowl. Add milk and milk cream to it.

Make smooth flowing batter stirring in the same direction for 10 minutes.

Keep it aside for sometime. Now pour refined oil,mix it properly and Add powdered sugar in an another bowl. Shift this batter to the batter we made earlier.

Now add chocolate powder and a pinch of baking soda.

Preheat a pressure cooker for 10 minutes adding some water or sand in it. Now take a cake pa,grease it well. Now pour batter into it.

Keep this pan in a cooker on a stand. Bake it for 45 minutes on medium flame. Now take out the whistle from the cooker.

Check the cake with a knife after 45 minutes If it doesn't stick to it, or cake is cake is ready to eat. If it sticks,bake for another 5minutes.

Take out from the cooker and let it cool down.

Now pour chocolate syrup on it. Garnish it with crushed chocolate.
