200 gramsPasta
1Chicken breast
1/2Japanese leek
150 mlTomato sauce
2 tbspOlive oil
1Basil or parsley
1Herb salt

Steps

Season the chicken with salt and pepper, stir-fry it and then slice it. Chop the leek into 5 cm lengths. Boil the pasta.

Fry the leek in the frying pan you used in Step 1. Add the tomato sauce and a ladle of the water you used for boiling the pasta.

Add the pasta to the frying pan and mix it in. Season with herb salt.

Transfer the pasta to serving plates, and top with the chicken. Sprinkle on some parsley to finish.
