This is a rich and delicious side dish for Roti, Paratha , biryani and other Rice varieties...
Steps

Slice onions and take a kadai and add 1tbsp butter and add whole spices saute then add onions.

Saute onions then add tomatoes n cook till tomatoes are soft. Add water and cook for few minutes then transfer to a bowl to let the mixture cool.

Grind it to a paste and sieve it to get a creamy textured mixture.

Add 1tbsp butter add bay leaves and shajeera n saute then add the mixture to it. Boil for few minutes. Ready paneer cubes.

Add paneer and crushed homemade kasuri methi and add to kadai. Mix well and boil. Add cream to the kadai n cook.

Then transfer to a serving bowl. Decorate with cream.
