A drooling recipe to try out in our breakfast meal goes well with chapati ,oats,rice or parathas.

Wash, Peel & diced potatoes now will deep fry them until golden & crispy remove it & set aside.

Further will prepare a fine powder or coriander & cumin seeds next will prepare a tomato purée finely blended paste of tomatoes.

Now take a pan add in oil then add cumin seeds next add ginger garlic paste sauté for a minute add a tablespoon of tomato purée to prevent it from burning on low flame burner sauté ginger-garlic paste now pop in all the tomatoes purée then add all spices sauté till until the water is soaked in & the oil separates off the flame burner now add in the crispy fried potatoes fold in the gravy well lastly garnish it with fresh coriander leaves & it’s ready.
