  • 1/2 headbroccoli
  • 1/2each red and yellow bell pepper
  • 3fresh shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 packagechicken strips (store-bought)
  • Seasonings
  • 1 tablespoonumami stir-fry sauce
  • 1 dashsesame oil

Steps

20 minutes

    Slice the bell peppers and chicken strips. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Stir-fry the chicken strips until they turn white, then add the bell peppers and a little water and continue to stir-fry.

    Add the broccoli and umami stir-fry sauce, stir-fry until cooked through, and the dish is ready.
