Creamy Shahi Paneer

Peel wash and Chop onion, ginger chilli, garlic and tomatoes. Put it in pressure cooker with Cashew nuts, almonds, and all whole masale. Add a bowl of water and pressure cook till 3-4 whistles. Switch off the flame and let pressure releases automatically and the mixture come to room temperature.

Add this mixture in grinder and grind to a fine paste.

Heat butter in a heavy bottomed karahi. Add 1 tsp Cooking Oil. Cooking oil is added to prevent butter getting brown. Add grinded masala paste and sauté it on low flame till 10 minutes.

Add salt, chilli and coriander seeds powder and mix and saute till oil leaves the karahi.

Cut paneer in small cubes.

Add paneer and mix and saute for 1 minute. Switch off the flame.

Serve hot with chapatti or parantha garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
