What a year was 2020 so many memories down the lane, my little sister birthday comig & we are all sad worried due to Corona conditions our immediate family members outside Pakistan suffering from COVID & we are all helpless but we all wants to cheer her on her especial day arrange a birthday Zoom meeting for all siblings ... she is a big fan lover of chocolate so instead of Cinnabon I made CHOCOBON & whenever I made CHOCOBON it reminds me of Zoom birthday party & brings smile...

Ingredients

2 &1/2 cup flour
11 gmyeast
1/2 cupwarm milk
1 tspsugar
1 tspsalt
1egg
For Chocolate sauce
1 cupchocolate chips or any cooking chocolate
4 Tspmilk
1 tspcorn flour
2 Tspfresh cream
Toppings
2 Tspcinnamon powder
2 tspgranulated sugar
2 tspbrown sugar

First Knead dough with above ingredients & rest the dough for 1 hour..it will double in size

Again punch it rest it for 15 min..roll the dough 1/2 inch thick with rolling pin..

For chocolate sauce in heavy bottom pan add chocolate, milk & fresh cream cook it all chocolate melts add corn flour & cook till you get saucy consistency...

Spread chocolate sauce to flatten dough, sprinkle cinnamon powder & sugar evenly then cut into strips & fold one by one.

Arrange in oven proof dish * rest ot for 30 min.then bake it for 30 min at 180°c..

Topped it with ice cream enjoy..
