Take a pan add ghee & atta
- 2
Roast it till brown on mid flame stir continues

When it's colour change or golden brown (you can feel with its aroma)

Add warm water & stir continuously when water absorbed proper
- 5
Add sugar & dry fruit on low flame again stir till sugar melt
- 6
When halwa leave the bottom of the pan it means it ready serve it garnish it with dry fruits
