Soft Japanese-Style Pork Steak with a Hint of Wasabi

Vinegar makes the meat soft and moist!
Try out this pork steak with a slightly different Japanese flavor!
Wasabi is volatile and may lose it's flavor if evaporated, so the key is in cooking it for a short period of time.
Prepare the flavoring ingredients beforehand and you can make everything really quickly. Recipe by Naopu

Steps
- 1
Use a knife to make delicate cuts in the fat and muscle parts of the meat. (This is to keep it from shrinking from overcooking.) Use the flat part to pound the meat to soften.
- 2
Cover the meat with flour, shaking off any excess.
- 3
Coat a pan with oil and cook both sides until golden brown.
- 4
Add all of the flavoring ingredients and cook until the moisture has evaporated. Transfer to a plate and it's finished.
