Firstly, grind the biscuits finely in a mixer jar. Add powder sugar and milk as required and grind again for a minute. Lastly add baking soda and mix well. The consistency of the batter should be thick pouring.

Transfer the batter in a greased micro-safe container. Microwave for 3 minutes on medium-high temperature or 720°.

Let the cake cool completely. Unmould the cake and cut it horizontally from the center.

Spread whipped cream on 1 layer, place another layer and coat the cake completely with whipped cream.

Now for ganache, take an equal quantity of whip cream and dark chocolate and microwave for 1 minute. Add butter and mix gently. Do not over mix as it will release oil otherwise.

Pour the ganache over the cake and cut it into the pastry. Lastly, garnish with chocolate shavings and serve.
