Pakora is a favorite teatime snack in Indian cuisine and loved by all.Chicken pakoras are common but chicken keema pakora is rare and delicious.I have added an Indo-Chinese touch to these pakoras.The main ingredient being chicken mince, Indian and Chinese spices added to it makes it a highly flavourful appetizer or teatime snack that no one can resist.Dip a pakora in hot and sweet tomato sauce and green chilli sauce and enjoy a crispy and juicy bite into this plateful of crunchy snack.Best enjoyed sizzling hot.

Make a paste of chicken mince in a grinder.Add chopped onion,green chillies, capsicum,ginger garlic paste,freshly ground bread crumbs,cornflour,tandoori masala,kasoori methi, ajinomoto, salt to taste,soya sauce,green chilli sauce,orange red food colour,1 tbsp vinegar.Mix well and refrigerate for an hour.

Heat oil in a pan and fry in medium flame small portions of the keema paste into Indo-Chinese style fusion pakoras.Sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot with hot and sweet tomato sauce and green chilli sauce as an appetizer at parties or as a teatime snack.
