Meat ball and potato soup

Steps

Mix the minced meat with seasonings, spices, ginger/garlic paste, chopped onions and a small drop of egg, mix well and make balls. Fry the balls with very little oil and set aside.

Peel and cut the potatoes and carrots. In a sauce pan heat oil add onions, garlic/ginger paste add blended tomatoes and peppers shallow fry and add seasonings and spices add meat broth and add potatoes and carrots, when the carrots and potatoes are almost done add the meat balls and allow to saute for some minutes and serve.
