Ingredients

  • 2 lbsKingfish, skinned
  • 3limes
  • 2lemons
  • 1 bunchcoriander
  • 1/2green bellpepper
  • 1/2red bellpepper
  • 1large chili pepper
  • salt
  • oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice Kingfish into either chunks or slices. Place into a bowl

  2. 2

    Squeeze all limes and lemons onto fish

  3. 3

    Finely chop all peppers and coriander, placing into the bowl

  4. 4

    Heavily salt and lightly oil

  5. 5

    Let marinate for a few hours
