  • 1corn flatbread (makki ki roti)
  • 1 teaspooncilantro chutney
  • 1 pinchred chili powder
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 pinchcumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoonghee (clarified butter)

    First, take a corn flatbread (makki ki roti).

  2. 2

    Heat a skillet over low heat, then spread ghee on the flatbread.

    Sprinkle salt, cumin seeds, red chili powder, and spread cilantro chutney on top.
