Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, Salt, pepper, red chilli Pwd, mustard powder.

Add soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce.

Leave it for 4 hours.

For dry batter add flour,rice flour, corn flour, baking powder, salt, red chilli powder, garlic powder.
Mix egg and cold milk well. - 5
Now coat chicken with dry batter then egg, and again coat with flour.

Now deep fry them in oil until crisp and golden.
