Now marinate the btairs with this masala n leave it for 5-6hour

Now heat the coals n roast them on flame

You can steam the as well like take a pateela put these btair in it add 1 glass of water n cook them on low flame until tender

When they are done serve it with dahi ketchu or any saice you like
