Roast the dryfriuts for 4 5 minutes. Cut in pieces.

Take pan add sugar and melt it on medium flame.

After 5 minutes sugar melt. It caramelized after some time.

Add dryfriuts in it. Add pinch of cardamom powder and off the gas and mix it well.

Now take 1 mould and place parchment paper, add mixture and level it.

After cooling take out the chikki and break it in small pieces.
