Take washed and devein Prawn.Beat the egg in separate bowl.

Mix garlic ginger chilli paste,salt and turmeric powder in prawn.

Mix cornflour and beaten egg. Make the mixture thick, add egg as per consistency shown in picture I.e pakoras consistency.

Take the prawn and coat it one by one in bread crumbs. Tap the prawns on a newspaper to remove extra bread crumbs.

Heat oil and fry till golden brown on medium heat.

Enjoy hot and crispy prawn pakoras with onion and green chutney.
