Dry roast the peanuts and remove the skin, keep it aside.

In a pan,add jaggery,water and let it boil for few mins. Add cardamom powder.

After 10 mins check for ball consistency by pouring little syrup in a plate with water. If you are able to form a small ball without sticking and put it on steel plate, it should make noise.

Switch off the flame once you get right consistency, add the peanuts and mix well.

Grease ghee on plate or rectangle bowl, pour the hot peanut mixture. Level them and let it cool down for few mins. Cut it into desired shape and enjoy the crispy tasty peanut chikkk😋😋
