Both leaf are keep in mixer jar add green chilli, ginger and some little bit of water. Now grind it into paste.transfer it in a mixing pot, add salt, carom seeds, wheat flour gradually and knead into a stiff dough.

Add one tbsp oil and knead again. Cover than with muslin cloth for set 5mint.keep aside than heat the oil in frying pan and now after 5 mint divided dough into small equal portion. Deep each part in oil and roll it puri sizes.

Roll all portion of dough than deep fry in hot oil till they Puff up than turn golden brown. Well cooked both side than keep it in serving plate and serve with pickles. It's so tasty.
