5 to 6 people

5Eggplants
1 tspsalt
1 tspred chilli powder
1 tspcrushed dhania powder
Half tsp haldi powder

Take a bowl and mix all the spices mentioned above
2

Cut the egg plants into equal halves, and add cuts on them
3

Now apply all the spices on them and let them fry in a pan
4

Put them on low flame until they are tender. Ready to eat.
