  • 1/4 kgrice
  • 1small sized capsicum
  • half cup of peas
  • 2medium sized carrots
  • Half cupOil
  • 3 tspSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the vegetables,and cook them in a pan, just add salt and mix them until they change colour

  2. 2

    Now boil the rice separately

  3. 3

    When the rice are boiled mix the vegetables in it.

  4. 4

    Simple vegetable rice are ready to serve.
