Soak chana dal for 3 hrs in water then drain the water and grind it with chillies, saunf, garlic coarsely. Add very less water. Slice onions and cut coriander leaves and add n mix well. Separate 2tbsp soaked chanadal.

Take a small ball size batter and flatten giving a round shape on a butter sheet or plastic cover. Press few soaked chana dal on both sides.

Heat oil in kadai and drop all vadas in oil in batches and deep fry till golden brown.
