First of all take a big vessel. Add half of it with water. Make a boil and add cubbed potatoes.

Boil the potatoes for 8 to 10 mnts by covering vessel.

Drain all water with strainer and keep it aside to cool down.

Take a pan add all dry spices and roast them for 3 to 4 mnts. Then shift in a plate and let them cool down and crushed them coarsly.

Now take a vok. Add oil heat it properly.

Then put the gas flame on simmer. Then add red kashmiri chilli powder in it and mix properly in oil

Then add boiled potatoes in it. Mix properly. Then add salt and red chilli powder.

Mix properly and cook for 5 mnts.

Then add roasted crushed masala in it and mix properly and cook for 10 mnts.

Cook till turns crispy. Then add dry mango powder and kasuri methi.

Garnished with green coriander leaves. And serve with pranthas and puris.
